Get caught reading for fun! During the month of March eight students will be chosen by several staff members to pose for the “Caught Reading 2009″ posters. Pictures will be taken and posters created by students from Mr. Heinz and Mrs. Vanderberg’s classes. Let the reading begin!

Poetry Bookmark Contest

To celebrate The National Poetry Month of April, the FHS Library Media Center is holding a poetry bookmark contest. Here are the guidelines:
- Bookmark size: 2.5″ x 8″
- The bookmark should have a poem on it that the student has written with some art work to go along with the theme of the poem.
- The final creation should be saved on a disk, flash drive etc.
- Do not put names on created bookmarks.
- Please submit final creation to Mrs. Martin by April 25, 2008.
- The top three creations selected by the staff will receive a flash drive.
