SnowmanStudents received a winter camp packet today.  We will be heading to Grace Adventures which is located next to Silver Lake in Mears.  It is a great time for students to work as a team, build comrodory with their classmates, and just have fun!  If you did not recieve a packet, click on the attachement below.  Checks can be made out to Fruitport Middle School.

Camp Letter, Permission Slip, and Parent Chaperone From - This bottom portion of this letter needs to be returned for each child in order to go to camp.  If you would like to volunteer to be a chaperone, you would indicate that on this sheet as well.

Camp Information - Payments and Medication - This information is for parents of a student who needs medication while at camp.

Below is the permission slip for our holiday skating party on December 19th.  The cost is $5 and is for the entire 6th grade!  Lunch can be a sack lunch from home, or concession food will be available for purchase.

Friday Letter - November 14th

We would like to thank those who came in to speak with our students about their experiences in the armed forces.  Our students gain valuable insight into your experience.  Check out the pictures from Veteran’s Day on our picture page.

Eggs!They are here!  Thanks to the Michigan DNR for the Chinook salmon eggs and the Muskegon Sportsfishing Association for the equipment.  The eggs are currently in the eyed-up stage. If you look closely at the picture you can make out black dots which are the eyes of the fish. Check out the Salmon Cam, it should be working soon.  Here is a picture of the new additions to Mr. Brown’s Class:

 Parent Letter - November 7th

TEAM 4REAL students will be asking family members/friends who have served our country in the military forces to join us on Tuesday, Nov. 11 to commemorate Veteran’s Day.  Veterans are encouraged to bring pictures, scrapbooks, and memorabilia to share with our team.  Please let us know Monday if any special equipment is needed.
