Opening the New Payroll Attachment in Groupwise

Lonna mentioned that she is recieving phone calls regarding opening the new payroll attachment in Groupwise for people who are using direct deposit.  I have created a video tutorial that explains how to open it and also how to change your Groupwise settings so attachnmets will always open properly.  As a reminder, your password to open the document will be the last four digits of your Social Security number.

I tried the default and that didn’t work so I used the right click and it opened up. Maybe a mass email about the right click would eliminate a lot of hassle for some people. I’m going to try the default tab again next time. I might have missed a step. Thanks for the quick reply.
