There is a Call of Duty 4 tournament this Saturday at Play and Trade(over by the mall.) There is a $5 entry fee. There is a 75% payout and other prizes sponsored by the National Guard.
We are having a fund raiser at Play and Trade on Feburary 7th. There will be a $6 entry fee.
The national kick off for First Robotics was amazing! Ideas were flowing and designs were created.
This starts the 6 weeks of time push to get this robot done. The students and mentors are meeting daily M-Thursday after school. Each week as D-Day ~february 10th~ gets closer we tend to be staying a touch later and later. Saturdays have also been work days from 8:00- noon. This seems to be a very productive day because of the freshness of the morning

Design brainstorming after
The party is on December 30, 2008. Starts at 9:00am and ends at 4:00pm with a luch break from noon till 1:00pm. All standard tickets are $10 per session; or if you want to play all day it is an extra $5. The Halo 3 competition is also an extra $5. There will be a wide selection of games to choose from and a variety of different consoles to choose. Walk-ins are also welcome. There will be a bake sale and lunch that you may buy.
