Welcome Middle School Teachers and Linda Denstaedt to my blog. Here is where we would like for you to pose questions, address concerns, or share success stories and new found resources with each other. Please take the time to post any of the above and I’ll monitor to send your questions to Linda or make people aware of posted resources/success stories. We are so excited about the path we’re on with writing in our district. And it is you that is making it happen! Thank you.
It is MEAP time again. As always, our goal is to have every child tested with the appropriate assessment and accomodations, every child’s test returned on time, and all testing materials accounted for and returned as well. To stay on top of the game, please click on the calendars below to know when materials must be requested, tests must occur and our deadlines for returning materials. Post a comment if there is something you would like clarified.

Greetings. Welcome to the Curriculum Director’s Blog. This is the first of many blogs to keep staff updated on new developments and upcoming initiatives in regards to curriculum and instruction at Fruitport Community Schools. The first post provides information regarding our first Instructional Council meeting of the year. At the meeting, some members commented that it would be helpful for staff to know and understand our Curriculum Review Cycle and timeline which was approved last school year. If you have questions please either post a comment or email me directly. Thanks and have a great month. To view Instructional Council Monthly Minutes, please click here.
